Do You Like Junk Food

It is almost certain that everyone out there loves a bit of junk food so what are the negatives and what are the postives of it all?

Negatives

I am only starting with these first cause they are the ones that have to be written down.

Thats An End For Energy

This is going to be the one negative that can actually be stopped as it is only short term and can be put to an end if you stop munching down. Junk food does certainly not give us all of the nutrients that we need to carry on which is why you can start to feel a bit weak after a while.

Concentration- A Lack Of

This is something else that can be short term but can actually lead onto long term too. It is actually the oil within the junk food that makes you tired and unable to concentrate. The thing is, oxygen is not passing through your bloodstream it can actually haver an effect on the brain cells.

The Awful Heart Disease

This is easily going to be the one that the big companies are concentrating on the most. This is in a lot of the anit-junk food profiles because it can kill you easily. Plaque forms in the arteries which forces the heart to work extra hard in pumping the blood out which means that the blood coming in is going to be lower.

Positives

These are very hard to find indeed and the only plus side to eating a lot of junk food is that it tastes a hell of a lot better than a salad! By the looks of things there are more negative than there are positives. Junk food has been linked to depression in that it can raise your mood for a while, not sure if that is a good thing or not.

if you have a bit of junk food now and again then there is no problem at all, my personal favourite is to go to my favourite Indian restaurant.
